Project Description
Clair de Lune Junior
Type: Sailing Yacht
Length: 34 ft (10.4 m)
Clair de Lune Junior was entrusted to our team for a complete underwater protection package with a racing finish, together with hull polishing and drivetrain servicing. As part of the project, we rebuilt the antifouling system from bare gelcoat using Jotun Megayacht White, applied with an airless spray system for a smooth, race-ready surface, restored the shine of the topsides, and serviced the sail drive.
All works were completed efficiently and to the highest professional standards.
Scope of Work:
- Haul-out and relaunch of the yacht at the DMC slipway
- Hull sanding down to the gelcoat
- Application of two coats of primer and two coats of sealer for maximum coating adhesion
- Antifouling paint application using an airless spray system — two coats of Jotun Megayacht White with a racing finish
- Additional third antifouling coat at the waterline
- Full hull polishing
- Complete sail drive service
- Final inspection and operational testing
Following completion of the project, Clair de Lune Junior was returned to the water with a smooth, fully protected racing bottom, a restored exterior finish, and a freshly serviced sail drive. The yacht is well prepared for another season of competitive, efficient, and dependable sailing.
